We invite you to participate in the public consultation launched by the European Commission that seeks the views of the stakeholders and the broader public on the Joint Programmes between Member States on the basis of Art.185.
Horizon 2020 supports a number of Public-Public Partnerships on the basis of Article 185 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU). It allows the EU to participate in research programmes undertaken jointly by several Member States.
This consultation aims to collect the views of our stakeholders on the preparation and implementation of Article 185 initiatives in the context of interim evaluation of Horizon 2020, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovative, and prepare the ground for the future use of Article 185 as the legal basis for joint programmes between Member States and EU.
In addition, it allows you to provide specific views on three of the initiatives: two operating under H2020 (AAL2 and Eurostars2) and one under FP7, the previous Framework Programme (BONUS).
The public consultation will remain open until 30 April 2017. Your participation in this consultation will provide valuable insights into the Article 185 initiatives.Read more
